Why does my dog always get sick if I give him Canned Food?

Can these high profile TV vets be possibly wrong?
I always have considered canned food to be dead meat in a can.You never know exactly what is in there.When it says meat bi products that means ALL parts of the cow, or chicken or lamb. So much work has been done to research and produce high grade kibbles with vitamins, EFA’s and nutrients I would never feed canned food again.When I think back to my early irish they always seemed to have food allergies and poor coats.No more since dumping canned food. Every one has different ideas though.I just know an Irish Setter with out a good coat is useless.
