Can someone explain the health care reform Barack Obama has been promoting?
i need this information for a project. can you outline the changes he is proposing, and some possible positive and negative implications of the revised system?

I’m sorry to tell you that no one, sofar, is able to explain the
healthcare plan Obama promotes……..not even Obama. It
has 3000 pages and was voted into law by Democrats only,
before anyone had a chance to read (let alone approve) of it.
I’m sure if Medicare is gonna go broke in just a few short
years, that this plan will also hit the dust as it’s cost is massive.
